Series / A List Of Confessions

A List of Confessions explores the urgency to be seen, known, and heard. In everyday life, we wear masks of stability and happiness, concealing vulnerability and repressing our true emotions. Fear of discomfort, especially of so-called “negative” emotions, leads us to silence what we feel rather than confront it. This project understands emotions as navigational tools rather than obstacles. Anger, for instance, often masks deeper emotions such as fear, anxiety, sadness, or loss. By acknowledging what is repressed, we move closer to self-understanding. This work is an act of release: a deliberate expression of what has remained unspoken. A list of confessions, not for resolution, but for truth.
